Services we provide and for who?

Our clients are landscapers, contractors, and landscape design-build firms only. We create 2D plans, 3D renderings, Plant Paletts, Material Boards, Theme Boards, 3D videos and take-offs on any type of residential project, big or small, exclusively for landscape & exterior professionals in Arizona. We do not do work for homeowners.

What is the process?

1. Visit your clients and site as usual.
2. When back in your office send us a rough sketch layout of what you want and where, any instructions, including plants and materials you want to use, builder plot plan if available, measurements and your site photos.
3. Go to the GET STARTED button, which will send you to a contact & project form you will need to complete, followed by an invoice to pay for which package you need.
4. In 1-2 weeks we send you the 2D design plans and everything included in the package.

What do I need to provide to start my project?

We will need site data, measurements, photos and your instructions. This typically includes:

• A plot plan, or a detailed measured sketch of the site.
• The clients name, address, street number, zip code etc, so we can include on the plan.
• Site photos, showing grade along side and back walls, roof for drainage, access, doors, windows, existing plants, trees, A/C, utility locations.
• Show North direction.
• Mark direction for any views.
• A sketch of your design, your notes, instructions or design sketch directly on the plot plan or sketch.
• Clients Budget (this is important)
• Include your high quality logo (you only need to do this once and we will keep on file)

What do you mean by Plot Plan?

This is a typical builder provided plot plan. For best results provide your notes, instructions or design sketch directly on the plot plan. Here’s a great example:

What are the lead times?

We work on a first come first serve system. Lead time on most new projects are 1-2 weeks from once you’ve provided all required info and given the o.k. to move forward and made the payment. One revision (at black and white drawing- before color drawing) is included and usually can be done in a day or two working days, depending on changes.

What formats do you use?

Drawing are supplied in PDF and/or JPG format. 3D renderings are in PDF and/or JPG format. Video will be sent with a Video Link. If you need Take-offs they are provided as drawing schedules or in Excel format. You will create your own login and password and with have access to your project folders, where you are able to access your designs from anywhere. To print in industry standard 24″ x 26″ scaled plans (see our link for locations in Tucson to have 24″ x 36″ plans printed)

What do you charge?

For a lot size up to a half acre – includes your design, material quantities, plant and theme palettes with renderings and 3D Video – See our Landing Page for package prices.

How do we work together?

We provide our services digitally and remotely. Our clients engage with us over email. We use a cloud folder to share with each of our clients for easy access to their drawings, from anywhere. You will create your own login and password and a client folder with your projects to share with us.

What do you do with my information?

We use your logo and details on all the drawings. Drawings we produce for you will remain your property. Any information that you or your company submit to Visions Landscape Designs is deemed confidential. We utilize this information purely for the purpose of preparing all designs, drawings, graphics, and documentation as required by you. We guarantee confidentiality.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Master Card, Visa, Amex, ACH (electronic money transfer) to Visions Landscape Designs bank account.

NO checks will be accepted for payment.
